Learning, Teaching, Training Activities in Amsterdam
The first learning-teaching training activity meeting of the project was held in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) The meeting took place between 12th March to 15th March 2024
This event brought together educators and experts from multiple countries to collaborate on integrating climate education into school curricula and fostering professional development. Activities focused on creating a "Teacher's Climate Guide," introducing innovative tools like eTwinning, sharing best practices, and building a network for sustainability in education. Participants also explored cultural and educational practices in the Netherlands.
Key Activities:
• Development of the "Teacher’s Climate Guide" with expert input.
• Training on eTwinning and Web 2.0 tools for collaborative projects.
• Sharing best practices in environmental education and project management.
• Networking and professional development opportunities for teachers.

The learning-teaching training activity meeting of the project was held in Barcelona, Spain, from 1st October to 4th October 2024.
This LTTA event brings together students, teachers, and partner organizations to collaborate on raising awareness about environmental sustainability, climate change, and eco-friendly practices. The program is designed to enhance participants' knowledge, digital skills, cultural understanding, and sense of social responsibility through workshops, seminars, practical activities, and cultural exchange.
Key Activities:
• Workshops and Seminars: Focus on sustainable eating, the impact of climate change on agriculture and biodiversity, and the importance of reducing carbon footprints.
• Expert Talks and Q&A: Discussions on climate change impacts and ecosystem-based adaptations with professionals.
• Interactive Activities: Creation of animations using the Powtoon app, role plays, mini-terrarium construction, and memory games.
• Hands-On Environmental Action: Tree planting, forest cleanup, and exploring nature to promote environmental connection.
• Cultural Exchange: Participation in local classes, cultural visits, and opportunities to learn about the host country's education system and lifestyle.
• Project Collaboration: Task distribution, updates on social media platforms, and planning for future project activities.
• Closing and Reflection: Evaluation of the event, farewell dinner, and certificate of participation distribution.
This mobility ensures participants leave with enhanced knowledge about environmental challenges, strengthened international partnerships, and enriched cultural experiences.

Learning, Teaching, Training Activities in Istanbul
The learning-teaching training activity meeting of the project was held in İstanbul, Türkiye from 19st November to 22th November 2024
This activity brings together teachers, students, and local community members from different countries to receive education on environmental issues and climate change. Participants will learn and apply recycling, energy, and water conservation projects while exploring topics such as environmental protection and sustainable living. Throughout the event, students will gain knowledge on how to protect natural resources, promote eco-friendly lifestyles, and understand the importance of sustainability. They will also develop skills such as self-confidence, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking through theater work.
Students will experience the educational systems of different countries, improve their foreign language skills, and learn about cultural differences. The event aligns with the project's goals of raising awareness about the increasing risks of extreme weather events due to global warming, and promoting environmental responsibility.

Learning, Teaching, Training Activities in Bayern, Germany
The last learning-teaching training activity meeting of the project was held in Weiden, Germany, from 9th December to 13th December 2024.
This meeting involved the participation of 2 teachers and 6 students from partner countries, and 2 representatives from GEC.
The event focuses on environmental education and sustainability. It begins with a workshop on responsible travel and includes sessions for teachers on implementing activities and ensuring the project's sustainability. Participants work on the final report, share tips on becoming a green school, and attend a workshop on the Climate Guide for teachers. Cultural excursions provide insights into local traditions. The event concludes with tree planting, updating social media, and a project monitoring meeting, followed by a farewell dinner and certificate presentation.
